Jeevan Kumar Mallar Speech Made at Chhattisga

My
dear SC/ST/OBC Educated Mass of Chhattisgarh state. Today, we are observing the 56th
Death Anniversary of Dr.Babasaheb Ambedka.
On this occasion, we are sitting in this hall to remember the Message of
Dr.Ambedkar…
Now
I am remembering his 18th March 1956 Speech. Just 9 month before his death…
with the lots of pain, with lots of Anguish he said a few words to our Educated
Masses that “because of my struggles in the last 5o years of my life, I
have been able t get something to my people.
Some people got the benefit of my struggles, they got employment and
they have got education and everything.
I wanted them to lead the society and wanted them to guide my people, my
society. But today, I feel that these
people have become a bunch of clerks. They are only interested in filling their
own stomach, they they have forgotten their society…
Today
we are garlanding his photographs and statues all over the country… at the same
time we try to understand his pain and anguish.
Because it was unimaginable one…
In
the current situation When we compare our Bahujan Activist with other brahminical
activist they celebrate scheduled caste leaders anniversaries everywhere all
over India for example, RSS is celebrating Dr.Ambedkar ‘s Parnirvan Diwas in a
grand manner. Why? Because they want to
make our people fools again and again.
Our people also blindly follow the concept of Hinduism and the so called
Educated masses are also trying to justify the Manuvadi Social System. The people who availed the reservation in
both Employment and Education, they forget about the root, where they came
from? Such people are the most dangerous
virus than the Manuvadi. This type of
people plays the significant role in polluting the entire society in the name
of Scheduled Caste. Why? You are all sleeping... So many gurus’ and Saints
emerged and sacrificed their life to awake the SC/ST/OBC community. But Still now, you are sleeping and enjoy to
sleep.... I want to ask one question that How many days you will sleep? When will you wake up from your sleep? Because of
your continuous sleep, Microscope Community Brahmins have been enjoying by
oppressing the Majority Community SC/ST/OBCs for the last 2000 years. I warned you... “Stop... your Sleep” Stop....
your Sleep... Stop... your Sleep.” How many days you are enjoying your sleep?
Stop... your sleep... wake up immediately and go to every nook and corner of
the country like Dr.Ambedkar and create
political awareness among the people.. that is the real offering we offer to
our legend Dr.Ambedkar. When we Compare the Revolution of French, China, Cuba,
Bolcivic(Russia), the
working class people understood their oppression within 100years whereas in India ,
our SC/ST/OBC people continuously lived
like a Slave for the last 2000years. This is a very serious issue in front of
us. According to the Hindu manudarma,
the 85% of the SC/ST/OBC peoples’ status is “Duty to Serve” for the Brahmins, Kshatriyas
and Vaishiyas.
When
the Hindu philosophy entered into India, our people SC/ST/OBC were
not ready to accept the Manu system, especially the Scheduled Caste people
openly opposed this philosophy.
Thatswhy, except Scheduled Caste rest of the caste came under the Manu
Dharma Social System. Later, the Manu
declared Scheduled Caste as “out caste” accordingly, “Out Caste” people come under “untouchable
Caste” . In this scenario the tribal wanted to escape from this caste system,
that’s what, the whole adivasi community migrated from their own land and
settled in the forest and mountains... this people escaped from the banner of”
untouchablity”. They lived very happily and peacefully with nature, since they people escaped from the Manu Social System
directly. Due to the continuous struggle against Manu Social System, our Scheduled
Caste People, came out of the village. Still now our people are living away
from the village and are going on the same...
Now
a days the RSS people are targeting the SC/ST community especially the Tribe
Community. Adivasis minds are all pure,
fresh and empty. So this Brahminical force has been entering into this empty
mind and injecting the philosophy of Manu.
Our tribal people also knowingly or unknowingly, have got converted as a
part of Hinduism... In Madhya Pradesh, with the support of Adivasi Community,
BJP came to power . Not only that, it is happening throughout India, because
the Braminical force are working in a discipline manner to make the SC/ST as
slaves. But Our
Ambedkar Missionaries who are supposed to work for the Liberation of our people
take it easy policy and less disciplined than Manu Missionaries. This Manu Missionaries are working their
strategies day and night to sustain the Social System in India. But Our
people are conducting programme for Dr.Ambedkar only twice in a year that too
in a ritual manner. Rest of the days they forget about Dr.Ambedkar and are busy
with their own programme. Our people failed to read and understand the message
of Dr.Ambedkar. No sooner they get the
job and education, they forget their own society and get alienated from their
own people. They feel shame to say their own caste and live in different names
and different caste. Most of the
Educated Employees are Narcissistic . This narcissist’s people won’t be able to
understand the value of Political Power.
Dr.Ambedkar told that “Political Power is the only master key which can
open any lock whether it is social, economic, education and cultural
problem. Be aware of narcissistic behavior educated mass, because this people are in the forefront to promote
the culture of Brahmanism and spreading the dangerous species of virus within
SC/ST/OBC communities. They are living
in the separate world in the concept of “I, My, Myself and Mine”. Such people always need an ego boost from
others around him. For example if an educated employee when he goes to his
village for vacations or festivals he expects the village people to praise him
about his family and his settlement. If the villagers failed to do this the
employee judge the village people who are his relatives to be fools and
uneducated. This is the mindset of most of the educated employees throughout India. That’s
why our people are being treated worse than beasts.
Our
religious saints like Sant Kabir, Sat Guru Ravidass Narayana Guru, Ayya
Vaikunda Samy, Sat Guru Arunachalasamigal, Nathanar and Social Political Gurus
like Mahathma jothibai phule, Shahu
Maharaj, Thanthai Periyar, Dr.Ambedkar and manyavar Kanshiram fought against the Hindu Manu Dharm. Because of their uncompromised struggle
against Brahmanism and Hinduism, now we are enjoying little bit Self Respect,
Dignity and reservation.
Because
of reservation we got good houses, car good education for your children and
everything. After getting reservation,
our people failed to pay back to their own society. Still now More than 90% of our community
people facing lot of discrimination, humiliation, atrocity in their day to day
life. Because of this Brahminical Rule

Murder,
Kidnapping, of SC/ST and Backward Community are increasing
·
Rape
of SC/ST and Backward women
·
Physical
and Mental torture to our Bahujan communities
·
Burning
of houses and property of SC/ST and backward are increasing
·
Our
SC/ST and backward students from the leading institution like IIT, AIIMS are
facing lot of discrimination by the Brahmin professors and students. Within four years, 15 students in IIT
committed suicide and within 15years 2500 SC/ST/OBC students were forcefully evicted from the college of IIT
·
Educated
employees also facing lot of problem in their department most of the chairman
cum Managing Director in PSU’s are Brahmins.
60% of Brahmins are holding the key post in Judiciary and Defence and
controlling the whole India
·
Our
Dalit IAS/IPS officers are living worse than clerk and peon. Peon and clerk are living with self respect
and dignity, when compared to IAS/IPS officers.
Our IAS/IPS officers are carrying the memorandum and running behind the
ministers for their good post.
These
are all our challenges in front of us to face.
Our educated masses are also busy to give petitions and memorandums to
higher authorities.. We are always
talking and writing about the issues and problems. But we fail to do the
homework for our solution. You and me
have forgotten the Mission of Dr.Ambedkar, that’s’ why we do not think about the solution.
Babasaheb
Dr.Ambedkar said – Educate, Agitate, Organize… We must understand the true and
deep meaning of each and every word.
These are not ordinary words; “Educate” does not mean just paper
education like MA, PhD etc., it means the cultivation of Mind. Not just
stuffing some information in your mind.
Cultivation of Mind- that was the deeper meaning of “ Educate” . and
then Babasaheb Dr.Ambedkar used the word
“Agitate” By agitation he meant Agitation
of Mind. Once you get real and true education, your mind will get agitated:
it will create anger in you. “Agitate”
does not mean going to the road, with flag in hand and shouting slogans. And
then Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar used the word “Organise”. Cultivation of Mind and
Agitation of Mind will get together to create Strength. If your come together,
join together, then automatically without doing any fighting, struggles and
etc., you can achieve the Mission of Dr.Ambedkar and Thanthai Kanshiram.
Time
has come now ……. We are observing the death anniversary of Babasaheb
Dr.Ambedkar 56th year of Anniversary, because of whose struggle and
sacrifices, we are sitting in this hall. Today is the day each one of us should
decide or pledge together that now we have to fulfil his Mission.
The ordinary people of our community don’t have any economic security,
they have nothing with them, and they are struggling for their day today
survival. But the people, who are
sitting in the hall are having everything, education, economy and
security. It is your responsibility to
give guidance to your own society… Time has come now to wake up….
So,
friends let us come together and work together under the leadership of Bahujan
Movement not Sarvjan Movement. Then only our SC/ST/OBC people will get Self
Respect and progress. The day is not far
off.
With
this message and appeal I hope that you will understand and you will do
something in this regard….
Once
again, I thank the organiser Mr.Sanjeev khudshah
and others who have organized this meeting.
I believe that they should continue to work in this direction…
